I wasn't looking for a puppy. I was looking for a medium-sized adult dog who would bark if someone was on the property. Then I saw a picture of Libby and her puppy Belle on the Two by Two website. Most people want a puppy. I wanted the mom, but have never split up families when adopting animals and who could resist this face? So, I took them both. Belle has been a clown and a joy from day one. She is very bright and active. Libby was initially very fearful. It took 3 months to get her on a leash. It took 6 months to get her to sit for a treat. They are safe, loved, fed and cared for, inside whenever they want and outside to play. I hope they are happy in their forever home.
