Rules

All entries must be original photographic work, taken of North American wildlife, living in the wild, with the location, date, name of the photographer and wildlife-insight notes included. No images of domestic animals, animals raised in captivity, trapped or harmed animals, animals depicted with human interaction or animals in rehabilitation will be accepted.
Although there are no restrictions on the image size or quality, please note that the winning calendar images will need to be formatted for printing on an 11 x 8 ½ inch landscape page. Photos are welcome to include a photographer's watermark, logo or electronic signature.
By entering, contestants grant permission to use their photos for promotion of the "Wild InSight" Photo Contest and images may be used and/or formatted for printing in the 2021-2022 calendar and for other fundraising efforts connected to the calendar.
Administrative staff of TWRC Wildlife Center are disqualified from competing in the contest portion of the annual calendar fundraiser, but general employees and volunteers are encouraged to participate. No animals in the care of TWRC may be subjects of photographs, this includes any animal in home-based care.
There is no limit to how many photos a participant can submit or how many times an individual can vote. Votes may be cast directly, or may be "banked" to apply to a photo or photos at a later date.
TWRC Wildlife Center will not be responsible for incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to any kind of technical failures of, including, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software.
By participating, entrants and voters agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TWRC Wildlife Center. We reserve the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by TWRC Wildlife Center. TWRC Wildlife Center reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the 2021 "Wild InSight" Calendar Contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, TWRC reserves the right to pick the winners based on the entries received before the termination date.
