Tobine was a multiple-time-escapee from what was believed to be a backyard breeder. After landing in an Austin shelter, THR hero Rebecca Burnham took her in. I thought I was the “foster” type but she stole my heart and we haven’t looked back. Love our Fluffy Butt Tobine!!
