Pet's Story or Bio
We first met Mako "The Shark Boy" as one of two puppies being fostered by the Chamberlin's in 2016. We needed a pack mate for our Presto, and he seemed to gravitate towards the other puppy, Emmy.

Fast forward to 2020: Mako has lived with several adoptive families, but he still needs to find his Furever Home. We see Mako's picture on the TXHR Facebook page, and we are moved to help foster him. Several weeks later, we proudly joined the TXHR Foster Fail Club!

With Presto, Emmy, Mako and Ginger, our house and our hearts are full during a time when much of the external world is full of chaos and uncertainty. While the year 2020 will be known for a lot of different things, for us, it's the year that Mako finally came home!
