Pet's Story
Mona was rescued and in a litter of six kittens, one of whom was her twin, from a small town in Minnesota. I brought her home when she was two months old and quickly discovered that she liked to fetch sparkly ball cat toys. She brings them to me in her mouth making a murmuring meow sound. I throw them and she retrieves them. This goes on for 15-20 minutes and is adorable. Sometimes she likes to dunk the balls in her water dish before returning them to me, which is a fun surprise. As a partial Siamese, Mona is also a talker. She tells me what she needs and wants with a variety of meows. I call her my puppy cat as she is more like a dog than a typical cat.
