Pet's Story
Over 15 years ago we found her on the side of the road in our neighborhood in really bad shape. She was about 3 months old and probably only had a few days left to live. She was skin and bones, covered in mange with almost no fur left, and had sores all over from laying on the ground all alone. We brought her to our Vet and he said she was starving and needed treatment for her mange but was otherwise a healthy dog. So we treated her and fed her and she quickly blossomed into a beautiful vibrant dog who loved life! She loved playing with our other dogs and running in our back yard. And she would snuggle on the couch with our cats. She is so sweet and laid back and loves to just hang out. When you talk to her, she cocks her head, like in the picture. She loves the most going for rides in the car and getting pup cups at Starbucks and dog biscuits at drive through stores. Everyone loves her when they see her sitting in the front seat like a person, just like in the picture. She loves going to all of her favorite parks and exploring, sniffing who has been there since she was. All of the children come up to her and pet her and she is so sweet and calm with them. Sophie is a thriving healthy old lady, but everyone thinks she is a puppy because of her vitality and spirit! She is my best friend and companion who is always right there with me, whether at home or on the go. As you can see in the photo, she took over my chaise lounge! That is Sophie Girl's bed. And she definitely deserves it!
