Pet's Story
Sunny did not have an easy start in life. At just 8 weeks old he was sold for drug money where he was kept in a box and fed bread, which is a big no-no for rabbits. Eventually another family had tried to raise him but they could not afford multiple rabbits so he was ultimately surrendered to a rabbit rescue in CT. When he first arrived he was found to have a broken toe and a horrible case of ear mites. With the love and attention from the rescue and the vet he got a clean bill of health, and eventually was adopted by his new family in October 2024. He is a wonderful addition to the family and is so very loved! He loves being pet and scratched, and will let you know when he's not ready for you to stop! He also will never say no to a treat!
