Pet's Story
A co-worker of a friend in Kansas City found this guy wandering the streets in their neighborhood. He had no tags and no chip, and the shelters were too full of abandoned Covid pets to take him in. Luckily a great foster family agreed to take care of him, and as I had already planned an upcoming visit with my friends in Kansas City for the Labor Day weekend, it didn't take much to convince me to go meet him. The foster family vetted me pretty carefully, as they had already grown quite attached to him, but it was pretty easy for them to see that I would be able to provide a great home for him. I ended up bringing Theo back to St. Louis with me that weekend, and he has been living happily with me for over a year and a half now.

Pet's Best Personality Trait
No matter how busy I am with work, Theo always finds a way to remind me to take a break from that stupid computer and spend a little time playing with him and his many toys.

Pet's Favorite Thing To Do
Theo loves to go on long hikes along the banks of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, and then snuggling up on the couch in front of the TV for a long nap afterwards.
