Pet's Story
Snowflake is a 15 year old grande dame who is doted upon by her two human that love her very much.

Snowflake started her life as a stray cat wandering in a backyard in Oregon and captured the hearts of the people inside the house who consequently turned her into an indoor cat. She made the move to Minnesota as a young cat.

In her older years, she has been diagnosed with numerous medical issues herself, including GI Lymphoma, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, and Heart Disease. Her diseases are well managed by the excellent doctors at the University of Minnesota Veterinary School. Every time she takes her medication she receives praise from her humans and treats (it's a decent amount of medication).

Snowflake goes to the vet often for check ups and she's a sweet girl to the technicians and veterinarians and she is a sweet girl at home. She had an ultrasound done where she was just held on her back while being scanned and she didn't fuss for 4 minutes!

About this photo... This is one of my favorite pictures of her in the world. She loves Christmas time and hanging out under Christmas trees, hiding behind the trees, rubbing her body against Christmas trees and rubbing her face against Christmas trees.

Like all cats (and pets), she is the best cat in the world to me because she is mine. That is the magic of cats. All cats are the best cat.

Kitty smarts: She meows when her litter box needs to be cleaned, comforts her humans when they are sad, knows when it's her time for medicine
