Meet Cecelia , one half of a delightful twin duo adopted from UPAWS! They came all the way from Tulsa, OK to become Yoopers! Along with her sister Evee, who is her tailless twin, Cecelia was fostered by a loving foster mom who helped nursed them back to health with the help of our wonderful shelter staff. Initially meant to be a temporary stay, their charm and playful spirits captured her heart, and she couldn’t bear to part with them. Now, these two sisters bring endless joy to their home, especially to their older uncle Ollie, a wise 14-year-old cat who adores them.
