Meet the most mellow kitty in the U.P., Rascal! This laid-back feline was born for small-town living, having traded the hustle and bustle of Minneapolis for the tranquility of Negaunee. Rascal now spends her days soaking up the sun and observing the birds and other wildlife that wander through her spacious backyard, a far cry from the city life she once knew. With an innate ability to find the coziest napping spots, this content kitty has truly found her happy place in the 906.

Passionate animal advocates, we have long been supporters of local animal shelters. We are deeply impressed by UPAW's tireless efforts to find forever homes for animals in need.

We met Rascal through a Minneapolis-based foster group. It was clear that she received a lot of love (as well as her kitten shots) from the volunteers and families that supported the organization.

We are honored to shine a spotlight on the invaluable work of UPAWS and the selfless individuals who make it all possible.
