Punky is closing in on the ripe ol’ age of 15, but she has never left her puppy phase, particularly during the winter months. She loves to spend her afternoons bounding through the cold fluff, burrowing her nose in search of critters, and snip-snapping at puffs of snow tossed in her direction. Punky’s perfect winter day ends with a nap in the yard while she gets slowly covered in softly falling snow. A stubborn husky through and through, she will often ignore our beckons to come inside!

Punky is a sweet pup, friendly to everyone and always looking for a new friend. She has been a part of our family for over 14 years, and we’re hopeful for more loving years to come. Seeing her precious face published in the UPAWS calendar would be a lovely tribute we will cherish forever. UPAWS deserves all the support our community can offer, so they can continue to improve the lives of our furry friends and the families they bless!
