Otis is a lovable dog with a big personality packed into a small body. He gets so excited for car rides and somehow always knows exactly where we are going. Out in public, Otis truly believes everyone is his friend and makes it his mission to greet every single person he meets. Confident, goofy, and full of charm, he definitely acts bigger than he is, and every person he greets has their day made a little better because of him.
