Your Pet's Story or Bio
I have had Fergus since 2015, before my youngest children! He has been the bestest boy. Then after a few years and a couple kids later we decided he needed a best friend! Enter Cosmo! Cosmo has kept Fergus young! They love tug of war, swimming on their beach and chasing geese. They keep the yard free of any intruders (chippees and squirrels, and birds that they can’t catch, but their confidence in it is never wavering). They love napping and begging for treats. Cosmo is super clingy and just a tiny lap dog at 95 pounds. If you’re laying down he’s on top of you 😂 Fergus is a little more respectful, and just wants to be near you but touching isn’t required. We can’t imagine our life without them!

I am born and raised in the UP. UPAWS has always been a staple of our community. I got my very first dog from UPAWS when I was 10 years old. Maggie was a border collie beagle mix and we had her for 16 years. Their love and compassion for animals is unmatched.
