Scrappy was a V.B. SPCA rescue Hoarders dog. One of 14 brought to the V.B. SPCA. During his stay at V.B. he bit people three times because he was fearful. Although he was considered unadoptable, I was an active volunteer that had spent a lot of time with him and was allowed to adopt him. Five years later he is living the good life, with his big sister Maggie a Yellow Lab
