Robbie is Double Yellow-Headed Amazon. I bought Robbie when I was 17 years old and he was 7 years old. He was a Christmas present to me from me and I had to go to the bank to get a loan for him. He is still with me at 46 years old. He has a large vocabulary and speaks well. Owning a bird is a big responsibility. They consider their owners as their "Mate", life-long friend. You can teach them words, phrases and train them to do tricks. Amazingly through a good diet and vitamins he has been very healthy his whole life. He is my "Buddy", and we talk to each other and play all the time!
