My husband, Nick, and I got Warrior when he was just 8 weeks old in August of 2003. Unfortunately, we recently had to say good-bye to him on July 5th, 2016 at the age of 13. He was the greatest dog! So easily trainable, he caught on to everything we tried to teach him very quickly. Except fetch. He couldn't quite grasp the concept of letting his ball go on command. Not until he felt like it or unless you had another ball to trade for the one in his mouth! He loved all toys that squeaked! He was the best running partner, beach partner, and all-around companion. Words can't describe how much we will forever miss him in our lives and in our home! This picture was taken Christmas 2014 when he was 11 y/o. He loved that squeaky Santa - his favorite toy of the joyful season!
