Gracie Lou is a 9 year old Golden Retriever/Chocolate Labrador mix. She came to us from a very nice lady who just didn't have as much time as she thought to bring up a puppy. Gracie Lou is a rescue pup from a North Carolina rescue farm . She started out life with us as "Monster" because she chewed everything(sheets, bedspreads, pillows, furniture, door trim, underwear, socks, etc.) but soon outgrew that bad habit and the name. Now she loves to lounge on the sofa on the weekend mornings like her mommy and every night sleeps over her daddy's head. Very sweet natured and actually loves baths but is not a swimmer. Like all Labs she loves to eat! She is a little grayer now in the face than the picture shows but still a very rambunctious girl....
