Our female Redbone Coonhound was left by the side of the road in Newport News with her litter in a cardboard box. Luckily, 2 vet techs saw this and picked them up. We were ready for an addition to our family and heard her story. When we went to meet her for the first time, we fell in love with her. My husband went to the car to make room and she whined at the door the whole time until he came back to get her. We knew we were all a good fit for each other. Our hearts go out to the techs that saved her and her siblings who are all now in good homes. They screened every person before adopting them out. You guys are the best!
