Scrappy was a Hoarders dog at the V.B. SPCA when I met him. He was very frightened and would bite if people tried to pick him up. I started to spend time with him and he started to eat out of my hand. one day he even decided to climb up on my Lap and he curled up and stayed there. I was very careful about touching him and we went at his pace with building trust. He got into a little trouble with his biting so I decided to try and take him on a foster. I did the foster because we had a Yellow Lab and I wanted to make sure it would work out. It worked out very well and we decided to get him some agility training to build his confidence and that worked also. Six years later and all is well! Jack
