Skipper was adopted from VBSPC at 13 weeks in 2009. He's become my best buddy and has also helped foster roughly 25 other dogs over the years. His favorite things include wandering along the beach and chasing crabs, car rides, adventures, and of course treat & belly rubs. He hopes to raise funds for VBSPCA so that more animals can be adopted and also live out their own adventures.
