A little about me...
Rooney came to the VBSPCA last fall as an owner surrender. He was completely shut down and terrified of everything. He's now blossomed into an amazing adventure buddy! Rooney shares his home with his Moms and 2 feline sisters. He loves to go on road trips, visit VA state parks(he's an official Bark Ranger), stroll Colonial Williamsburg, visit Fort Monroe and is currently learning to kayak. Thank you VBSPCA for allowing us to add this amazing pup to our family. ❤️
