Pet's Story or Bio
In 2018 i went to the Venango humane society to meet Jack. They brought him out to me and he was lethargic and feverish. They told me the vet was coming to see him. They also told me that my application was about 5th in line. I assumed at that point that I was not getting him. After 4 days i decided i had to check on him anyways and see if there was anything I could do to help his recovery. When i called, they said "He's responding great, when do you want to take him home?". My jaw dropped. I had been sad for days thinking there was no way I was getting him. Whether the others passed on him due to his Lyme status or whether i was just the best fit for him, i am so grateful that he got to be mine!!
