Adopted Frank from Venango County Humane Society almost a year ago now, and he’s come a long way! We learned he was living on the streets for a few months before being rescued by the humane society and he was very fearful of people. He’s still nervous when you first meet him, but once he gets to know you he’s the sweetest love bug and has the silliest personality. We love our sweet boy more than anything
