Before my Grandmother had passed away one night in the hospital, I had talked to her about my cat, Smokey, who was sick at that time as well. I remember her assurance that all was going to be alright! Fast forward to that autumn after losing both my Grandparents that spring, and losing Smokey in August.
I found Toni on the country road I live on. Cold, starved, stranded, and on GRANDPARENTS DAY! She was my gift from above from my Grandma Hickernell. ❤️ The PURRfect little black kitten to find, and just in time for Halloween that year! She is Marilyn Monroe come back, I swear. She loves being dressed up, fancy treats, and won't eat from just any dish. She may have been born feral like many others out there, but she will always be my one in a million!
