Why everyone should vote for my animal
Snowy is a Northern Inuit dog, a relatively new breed developed in the 1980s by breeders who aimed to create a dog with the striking appearance of a wolf but the gentle, family-friendly temperament of a loyal companion. Snowy’s story is as unique as her breed. Born in Kangirsuk, a small village in the northern part of Quebec, she was initially bred to be a sled dog. However, as the only female in her litter, she faced an uncertain fate—traditionally, only male dogs were kept for sledding teams, and females like Snowy were often culled.
But fate had other plans. Snowy’s owner was captivated by her adorable face and spirited personality, and she was spared. She soon embarked on a journey to Kuujjuaq, another northern Quebec town, where she found her forever home. Snowy likes cuddles and kiss in the forehead :)
