Why everyone should vote for my animal
Joe is always up for an adventure and will greet everyone with a smile & a song . He enjoys his outings in his sidecar around the city and brings so many Smiles to those that see/ meet him . If you see him on the streets or in the many dog parks that he visits please say hello to him .
