Why everyone should vote for my animal
Like all my siblings, I am named after a different type of hat. I was born in Watson Lake, Yukon and was adopted by a family in Whitehorse. Being half black lab, some people thought I was going to be a hunting dog or a swimming dog, but I turned out to be more of a chicken dog with an intense fear of water. I’m afraid of a lot of things, but I do my best to protect my peeps (and their chickens). I bark loudly whenever someone comes in the door or walks down the road past our driveway, but once you get to know me I’m very sweet and I would never actually hurt anyone. I love going for walks with my humans and chasing squirrels into the trees, and I’m always willing to clean up when someone spills food on the floor.
