Jeannie taught me a lot about life
but the biggest lesson she taught
me was that time is a gift. Live
for each day. Be present in
every moment. Whether you're
out exploring or snuggled up on
the couch, cherish every minute
When Jeannie was diagnosed
with an incurable cancer, I was
tested. I could have succumbed
to the fear that our days were
coming to an end. I could have
complained and got angry that
this happened to my girl....but
when I looked at Jeannie she was
vibrant and colorfully animated.
If she wasn't going to let cancer
determine her daily happiness
nor should I. That day I made
a commitment to her that we
would fill our days full of life
and fill our moments full of love till her very last breath xoxo
