Harbin had a tough life, living in the streets of Thailand. Rescued by SoiDog, saving him from the dog meat trade. He lost a leg but he doesn't even know it unless his right ear is itchy! He now lives his best life in Vancouver, checking on squirrels and birds in the neighborhood for free! Loves his cuddles from everyone he meets. He's chill and lazy and is a total vibe.
