Pet's Story or Bio
Skeeter is a canadian goose who was rescued in his egg near an oil spill site at Mosquito Lake, OH. He was not strong enough to break his shell so he got left behind. Brought to me after being a few hours old, he quickly thought I was his mom and followed me everywhere. He spent a few weeks with me growing and getting strong before he was relocated to a wildlife center to be reintroduced into the wild in time for fall migration. Despite the mess, geese really do make wonderful pets.
