My fiancé and I adopted Olive just over a year ago from WCHS. She came to us from Texas. We saw her picture on the WCHS website before she came to MN and we instantly fell in love! We knew she was it and immediately called to put a hold on her! We had a rough first probably 6 months of learning habits, teaching her love, helping her to like toys, building her trust and her trust in others, and acquainting her to her new home, especially for us not knowing her past prior to coming to us. Boy, the change we have seen! She has always been such a lover and she loves to play with all her toys now, is starting to come out of her she’ll around strangers, and is definitely a sweet, happy soul. We would be so lost without her! She is our world and we love her so so much!!
