Tapanga and Monique were both from Texas and came to WCHS! I adopted tapanga last year around November as she was returned multiple times (I would never return her, she is a perfect fit with me) and my sister Josie adopted Monique shortly after. Tapanga has been a huge emotional support for me through some tough times and now she has a best friend as well!
