How has your dog change your life? Does your dog have a bio or a story?
I was walking a neighborhood dog when he unexpectedly led me on a different route. His enthusiastic pulling took me to Pippa, originally named Dance Body—a small, silky black puppy with elf ears, wearing a neon vest that read “Adopt Me.” She seemed to be waiting for me in front of my favorite burger restaurant, JG Melon. It felt like fate, and as it turned out, it was.

Just a week earlier, my partner and I had decided on our mutual favorite breed—a Whippet. I was amazed when her foster parent told me that Pippa was a Lab/Whippet mix. Upon our first meeting, she instantly hugged me and did the same when she met her soon-to-be dad. A week later, Pippa was home.

Now, she is a neighborhood sweetheart who brings a smile to everyone’s face, especially when she’s wearing her raincoat (as shown in the picture).
