Pet's Story or Bio
Oakie and Duke were adopted from Wood County Humane Society 6-7 years ago. They were brought in together and Oakie was adopted quickly because of his outgoing personality. Duke was at the shelter for over a year. It was a lot of work, but we are so glad we said yes - he is now confident and loves life. We adopted Oakie when he was returned (no fault of his own or his owners) a year later. They are mischievous, inquisitive, and spoiled. They love car rides, eating food and walks around the reservoir. Oakie thinks everyone needs to say hi to him. Duke guards the yard to make sure squirrels don't enter.
