Pet's Story or Bio
Balsa is a mixed breed beauty with lots of energy and love to give. She was found as a stray then lived with a wonderful family - but things just didn't work out. After coming to WCHS for a lengthy stay and a few adventures, she decided to take pity on her foster family and just moved in permanently. They couldn't be happier.
