Meet Roscoe P.! Roscoe introduced himself to me as a stray in the neighborhood. Clearly hungry and not cared for. I could see every bone in his body. I decided to walk home to get him some food. He followed me home and never left! We immediately went to the vet and took care of business. He is a very loving boy who just wants to be a helper and clearly has not missed a meal since he came to stay!
