Biography
Philly is a sweet, playful 4 year old brindle. Adopted from WAG in April 2016, he has mostly adjusted well to home/retired life. He loves being outside as much as he loves napping. His excitement is shown through that wagging tail which has whipped his mama more than once! His zoomies when his mama gets home relieves any stress from the work day.
