Goliath is my current Westbury CARE foster, caught right after Hurricane Harvey. He was out in the elements during Harvey but it is obvious he was on the streets for much longer than that. We spent weeks on the street building trust with him but ultimately we still couldn't touch him so he had to be trapped. Now that he's safe, he wants lots of belly rubs and love. He still has a lot of vetting and healing to do on his road to recovery and a forever home but he's on his way.
