We were foster failures! We brought Jewel into our homes as a foster with Westbury CARE while we were also taking care of our ailing dog. Once our other dog passed, we knew Jewel was a permanent part of our family. She truly is a gem! Hopefully, we will help foster dogs find other homes on our next fostering adventure.
