Putter was rescued from a golf course in Little Rock,Ar after someone has thrown him from a car. That’s where he got his name. He lost one eye and had head injuries. We adopted him from HSPC after he left the hospital where i worked. He is an amazing little boy.. Everyone that knows him, loves him!
