What A Pittie is a no kill, foster-based, rescue for pit bull like dogs. We save pitties from euthanasia and provide resources to help them find their forever homes!

Our History
Founded in 2023, What a Pittie was created in honor of a very special pitbull senior rescue.

The founders of What A Pittie are determined to help the world's most misunderstood breed of dogs, one pittie at a time!

About Us
What a Pittie is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are located in Pennsylvania and some parts of West Virginia. We are nonsalaried and rely solely on donations to provide care for the animals in our rescue.
