Panda Paws' remarkable journey began atop a rooftop, where he braved two challenging months amidst rainstorms, lightning, thunder, and blistering heat. Despite these adversities, he persevered with unwavering strength. Strangers threw food to him that sustained him through those trying times.

Destiny took a turn for the better when The Cat Collaborative, guided by the compassionate Zuzu Riveros, rescued him from the rooftop. His rescuers initially called him "Ruffino" which means "victorious wolf," a testament to the power of kindness and second chances.
