For years I've told my partner "I want a big fat old orange boy kitty who will snuggle up next to me on the couch while I knit."

We adopted Seymour (formerly Sir Walter) from Whiskers of Love in February 2020, and he's all that and more!

He is a master hunter, a weight loss champ, a tolerant older brother to his canine sibling, and the most wonderful calming presence in our home. He makes us laugh every day with his strange ways.

One of his quirks is meowing quite loudly in order to figure out where we are in our 3 story home. Once we yell back at him "Seymour we're up here!" he'll come bounding up the stairs because he doesn't want to be left out of the action. We like to call it "Seymour sonar."

Everyone loves Seymour and we are so lucky to have him.
