Pet's Story
I met Daisy at the Winnipeg Humane Society in December, during a tough chapter in my life—one that called for a fresh start. Daisy was exactly that. Her name, fittingly, became a symbol of a new beginning.

But the story didn’t end there. My mom came with me that day, and in true fashion, fell head over heels for one of Daisy’s puppies—Shorsey. Without a second thought (or a plan to get him back to Vancouver), she adopted him on the spot. Let’s just say that made for a very unexpected and unforgettable Christmas!

Since then, Daisy has been my shadow and my soul-soother. She’s a champion cuddler, a professional sleeper-inner, and the ultimate movie-night buddy. She adores long walks, playing in the yard, and greeting every child she meets with a happy tail wag.

Daisy is the gentlest spirit I’ve ever known. My little home became hers the moment she walked in, and it’s been full of love, laughter, and lazy Sundays ever since.
