Charlie’s mom along with 2 other female dogs were rescued by HHBCR back in 2018. Turns out they were all pregnant! A short time later HHBCR had 24 puppies! I saw “Lady Gaga” aka Charlie and couldn’t resist the cutest little potato I ever did see.
