Pet's Story or Bio
This is Za Za with her pet bunny she carries around. We got her from WHS on one of the last days they were asking for pets to be adopted before they closed in March. She is our quarantine baby and has brought us much joy. She is a beautiful Maine Coon and she is very loving. Za Za is also what is known as a “magpie” cat. She treats my husband and children and me like her babies and brings us toys, socks, balls of yarn and lays them at our feet. It is her mothering instinct. She likes it when we are all in the same room and cries for us to come and join her wherever she is. Her name, of course, means hope in Spanish, and we all feel that this little ray of sunshine brings hope to our home during this difficult time. Thank you WHS for saving Za Za from the street, and allowing us to make her part of our family!
