Mugsy is our sweetest 1 yo who loves his humans! His big sweet eyes will stare at you when you eat, because clearly he is not fed enough. He will follow you around the house all day, and if you leave, he will gather up all of your shoes and keep them in a safe space! This little bright light is still mastering the rules, but sometimes if he is being feisty, we must use two scary words to get him in the house, Pup Cup.
