Howie or Howard, is the first dog my husband and I got together. We adopted him on National Dog Day from KHS in 2016 when he was about 6 months old. The staff might remember him as "Bernie". Howie has helped me through Vet Tech School at WSU Tech and goes to work with me frequently at VESHW. He's the world's best friend. He loves everyone he meets and in return theres no way you can't love him back. There is no dog in this world like Howie.
