Tell us a bit about your pet, what their story is & how they have changed your life for the better!
Mia came into my life in 2008 when she just a year old. She was rescued from the Kansas Humane Society by another adopter who ended up being allergic to Mia’s hair and asked me if I would take her in.

Mia turned 14 on August 27, 2021. She may be aging, but this girl still knows how to PLAY, especially when it comes to tennis balls and squeaky toys. She has a hilarious personality and is spunkiest dog I have ever known.

I took this picture of her in 2019 and it has since become my favorite meme to send.
